Investment Philosophy: We use non-correlating, high cash flow producing investments to enhance returns and reduce risk.

8. An additional complementary strategy used is an allocation between the non-market investments and securities market investments for those individuals willing to accept modest degrees of fluctuation.

There are direct investments including  interest bearing notes; equipment leasing; mineral rights income; real estate income; real estate growth and private equity.  Many of these holdings may provide high cash flows, which could be diverted to equity funds as a means of adjusting exposure by continually buying in all market conditions, (through dollar-cost-averaging).  Our emphasis is strategic (modest changes over time) as opposed to tactical (active trading).  We may limit our allocations to more than five and as few as two funds.  The size of the account, risk profile and market conditions dictate allocations.  Our emphasis is on risk managed growth and solid returns.
